Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Infimse SARL, the company that operates Hpocket. By creating an account or using Hpocket, you agree to them. If you use Hpocket on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Hpocket is a recruiter workspace for organizing candidate and company information, searching a talent pool, and assisting recruiting workflows. Features, plan limits and availability may change as the product evolves.

• Keep your account credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• When you add candidate resumes or contact data, please ensure it is accurate and that you have the appropriate authority to use it in your recruiting workflow.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious content, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass security or plan limits, reverse engineer it except where law permits, scrape it, introduce malware, or use it in a way that harms Hpocket, other users or individuals whose information is processed through the service.

Free and paid plans have the limits and prices shown in the product at the time of selection. Paid purchases are processed by Paddle and are subject to the checkout terms shown there. You can manage your plan from your account. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Hpocket and its software, branding and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain rights in the data you submit, and grant us only the rights necessary to operate and improve the service.

You may stop using Hpocket at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Please export or request deletion of the data you need before closing an account.

Hpocket is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that candidate extraction, search results, AI-assisted content or matching outputs are complete, accurate or suitable for a particular hiring decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hpocket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
