Infimse SARL operates Hpocket and is the controller of personal data processed through hpocket.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit the site or use the Hpocket recruiter workspace. If you upload or otherwise add information about another person, such as a candidate, please ensure you have the appropriate authority and provide any notices required by applicable law.

Hpocket is built for confidential recruiting work. Your team manages the candidate and company records it adds to the workspace, including who has access through team permissions. You can manage your team and update or remove the records you no longer need from within the product.

• Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, team and login details.
• Candidate, company and recruitment data that you or your team upload, enter or generate in the service, including resumes and their extracted content.
• Subscription and transaction identifiers needed to manage your plan. Payment-card information is handled by Paddle, not stored by Hpocket.
• Technical, security and diagnostic information, such as IP-related logs, browser/device information, error reports and service activity.

• To create and secure accounts, provide the workspace, search talent records and deliver requested features.
• To process subscriptions, provide support, send service and account emails, and prevent abuse.
• To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the reliability and security of Hpocket.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We use service providers to operate Hpocket, including Google for optional sign-in, Paddle for payments, Sentry for error monitoring and Better Stack for logging and operational monitoring. They process information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers. Contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your workspace, including authenticated access, access controls and operational security monitoring. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, protecting the confidentiality of recruitment data is central to how we run Hpocket.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email contact@infimse.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Hpocket uses essential browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required by law.
